the structure).
The selector is not at position 3.
The selector is not powered.
An electric connector is disconnected or the elec-
tric cable that connects the solenoid valve EV3 is
damaged.
The solenoid valve EV3 does not work properly
due to a failure (electric or hydraulic).
The row marker arms raise too quickly (structure
damage).
Impurities in hydraulic system.
Oil does not reach the distributor.
The main valve on line D1 is closed.
Tractor pump fl ow rate insuffi cient (normal beha-
viour due to piloting ratio of block valves).
The selector is not at position 3.
The selector is not powered.
An electric connector is disconnected or the electric
cable that connects the solenoid valve EV4 is dama-
ged.
The solenoid valve EV4 does not work properly due
to a failure (electric or hydraulic).
SOLUTIONS
1) Correct the depth setting.
2) Cleaning
3) Increase the pressure of the rear wheels on the
ground.
4) Replace
5) Disable the stainless steel seed-covering wheel.
6) Prepare the ground carefully.
7) Restore the planting unit frame.
8) Regular seed drilling is not guaranteed for slopes
greater than 20%.
Loosen the 3 axle fi xing bolts and adjust the position
of the axle support.
1) See distribution table and correct.
2) Protract the values of the table to the new specifi c
gravity.
3) Dusty products are not suitable for this type of
distribution. Change product.
4) Check the length, shorten them and straighten
them. Cleaning.
5) Cleaning
6) Cleaning
7) Check the position (a gap of about 1 cm must
remain on the back).
8) Increase the penetration power of the disc and
ballast the seed drill frame.
1) Clean the exchange valve and the nipple with
calibrated hole fi tted on the hydraulic cylinders
of the row marker arms (where present).
2) Work on the fl ow regulators to correctly set the
system during the upward movement of the row
marker arms.
1) Set the selector at 3.
2) Make sure that the connector is plugged in and
that there are no electric failures on the tractor
side.
3) Check the connections of the connectors on the
extension cord and on the solenoid valves as well
as the integrity of the electric cables.
4) Contact Technical Assistance.
5) Intervene on the flow regulators to properly
calibrate the system while the row marker arms
are moving up.
6) Clean the exchange valve and the nipple with the
calibrated hole mounted on the hydraulic cylin-
ders of the row marker arms (where present).
1)
Make sure that the hoses are connected to
the distributor and that the tractor circuit is not
malfunctioning.
2)
Open the valve after having checked that the
electric selector is in the correct position for the
required drive phase.
3)
Use a tractor with an available fl ow rate of 65l/
min at 180 bar. Decrease the load on the seed
and fertiliser tanks to reduce the unwanted
effect.
1)
Set the selector at 3.
2)
Make sure that the connector is plugged in and that
there are no electric failures on the tractor side.
3)
Check the connections of the connectors on the
extension cord and on the solenoid valves as well
as the integrity of the electric cables.
4)
Contact Technical Assistance.
If the side carriages do not move while the ma-
chine is lowering, the machine must be lifted
immediately and completely, so that it again
rests on the central carriages as well. Carry out
the checks described above.
