deep undervoltage during the operation is drawing
attention by blinking Uin. After remission of the
causes removes the message using the main switch
(position 1, picture 2).
WARNING: If the machine is powered by a lower
voltage than 230 V, proportionally there is a
decrease performance of the machine.
Function of overvoltage function (Uhi)
The machine is equipped with a overvoltage in
recognizing el. network. At higher than the allowable
voltage the machine will be blocked for increasing
the resistance of switching elements and user will be
given words UHI. After remission of the causes
removes the message by using the main switch
(position 1, picture 2).
WARNING: Function is not taken as a over voltage
protection. If the high voltage in el. network can
couse the damage of the machine.
WELDING IN METHOD TIG
If you want to strike arch in TIG method, you must
follow these instructions:
1.
Switch the inverter on by the main switch. Set
welding method TIG and parameters of welding
according to the instruction above.
2.
Connect welding torch to inverter and to
cylinder pressure regulator on gas bottle.
Welding torch is in "-" connector, earth-cable in
3.
Using the valve on the torch, switch on gas - Ar-
gon.
4.
Touch earthing material with wolfram electrode.
Inverter source will be switched on automatical-
ly.
5.
With rolling movement over the edge of the
hose, you shall remove tungsten electrode - el.
arch burns in case you want to finish welding
process, remove the electrode for a short
moment (up to 1 sec) for the distance of 8-10
mm from welding material. Inverter will decree-
se automatically welding current (according to
adjusted time DOWN SLOPE) until welding arc is
completely switched off - (according to adjusted
value of end current I

START AND FINISHING OF WELDING PROCESS TIG
(picture 3)
1.
Approaching the wolfram electrode to the
welding material.
2.
Touching the wolfram electrode and the welding
material.
3.
Removing the wolfram electrode and ignition of
welding arc with the use of LA - very low wear -
out of the wolfram electrode by touch.
4.
Welding process.
5.
Finishing of the welding process and activating
DOWN SLOPE (filling a crater) is carried out
when you remove the wolfram electrode for
about 8-10 mm from the welding material.
6.
Re-approaching - welding current is decreased for
adjusted period of time (0 up to 5 sec.) on
adjusted value of end current (vol. 10 A) – filling
a creater.
7.
Finishing of the welding process. The digital con-
trol switches the welding process automatically
off.
BASIC RULES FOR WELDING BY COATED ELECTRODE
Switch the machine to the MMA mode – coated
electrode
In table number 4 are showed the general values for
electrode selection depending on its diameter and
the thickness of the base material. Values of used
current are presented in the table with the
electrodes for welding ordinary steel and low-alloy.
These data do not have absolute value and are for
information only. For an accurate selection follow
the instructions provided by the manufacturer of
electrodes. Used current depends on the position
and type of welding joints and increases the
thickness and dimensions parts.
