The product should not come into contact with grease or acidic agents, unguents and lotions.
Improper changes to the product are not permitted.
You can remove the pad and Velcro straps and wash the orthosis by hand at 30°C using a standard mild
detergent. We recommend closing the hook & loop closures before washing to prevent any damage to them.
To avoid skin irritations, rinse the orthosis thoroughly so that all soap residue is removed. Do not expose to
the sun and do not use oven or radiator heat for drying. Let the support air dry.
9 Restrictions for use
The 50P10 Manu Immobil and 50P11 Manu Immobil Long Wrist positioning orthoses are designed to be
used on one patient. The daily duration of use and period of application are dependent on medical indica-
tion. Wounds are to be protected with a dressing.
Attention!
Parts to be fitted and those parts that come directly into contact with the skin can cause functi-
onal and hygienic risks if the orthosis is used by another person.

Les orthèses d'immobilisation de la main Manu Immobil 50P10 et Manu Immobil Long 50P11 sont exclusi-
vement destinées à l'appareillage orthétique de la main et du poignet conformément aux indications. Elles
peuvent aussi bien être utilisées pour une immobilisation post-opératoire et post-traumatique que pour une
thérapie fonctionnelle.
L'orthèse d'immobilisation de la main Manu Immobil Long 50P11 offre une immobilisation supplémentaire
des articulations des doigts.
2 Indication et effets thérapeutiques
Pour l'immobilisation consécutive, dans une large mesure, à des fractures et des luxations de la main, du
poignet (pour les modèles 50 P10 et 50P11), et des articulations des doigts (uniquement pour le modèle
50P11) ainsi qu'à des opérations du poignet, du carpe et du métacarpe. Pour le traitement des états inflam-
matoires aigus (comme le syndrome du canal carpien, par ex.), l'arthrose du poignet ainsi que les entorses
massives. Sur prescription médicale. La main ou le poignet et les articulations des doigts (uniquement pour
le modèle 50 P11) sont immobilisés, dans une large mesure, en position de repos.
