Entering the job code -

You can enter the job codes used for statistical purposes during or after incoming or
outgoing CC calls. If job codes are mandatory in your organisation, you must enter
a job code before you can receive further CC calls.
Job code must be entered
You are called or you call someone. An input window opens automatically following
the conversation and you are prompted to enter a job code.
Enter the job code, e.g. "678". The system specifies the number
of characters.

If you want to enter a job code, press the "Job code" function key during or
after the call.

• You can enter the job code using a destination key, e.g. if the job code is very
long. To do this, you must first allocate the job code to the desired destination
key. When prompted to enter the job code, all you then need do is press the de-
stination key.
