DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up
The following instructions must be adhered to throughout all maintenance,
servicing, assembly, disassembly and repair work:
• Switch off the power source.
• Close the gas supply.
• Close off the coolant supply.
• Disconnect all electrical connections.
DANGER
Risk of injury and machine damage when handled by
unauthorised persons
Improper repair work and modifications to the product may lead to serious
injuries and damage to the device. The product warranty will be rendered
invalid if work is carried out to it by unauthorised persons.
• Operating, maintenance, cleaning and repair work must only be carried
out by qualified personnel (in Germany, see TRBS 1203).
NOTICE

• The system must only be installed and put into operation by qualified
personnel (in Germany, see TRBS 1203).
• Select the correct wire type and appropriate wire guide for your
application.
• Use insulated liners or PA liners only.
• New and still unused spiral liners or PA liners have to be shortened to the
actual length of the cable assembly. Please observe the product
information in relation to the cut-to-length wire guide (liner or PA liner).
• Spiral liners = for steel and stainless steels
• PA liners = for aluminium, copper, nickel and stainless steels
The ROBO welding torch is delivered with standard wear parts. For information
about replacing wear parts, refer to the following chapter:
