Remove all excess load and bilge water before lifting the boat onto a trailer. Adjust
the trailer's side support guides so that the main weight of the boat rests on the
keel support. Lift the boat onto the trailer using the bow eye – the other fixing points
cannot withstand the weight of the boat when it is lifted. Fasten the boat securely
to the trailer before transporting the boat. Make sure the fastening lines prevent
sideways movement as well as movement back and forth. Protect the boat by
inserting a pad between the boat and the fastening lines where necessary. Consult
the engine manual for further trailer transport guidelines.
Tip: any water remaining in the bilge can be emptied through the rear plug when the
boat is on the trailer. Remember to attach the rear plug before launching the boat
from the trailer.

Maintenance, repairs and docking
Further information on the boat's maintenance, servicing, repairs and docking is
available online at http://www.buster.fi or from the nearest Buster distributor.
Any major damage to the aluminium structures or the surface should be repaired by
an authorised Buster distributor.
In the event of engine failure or problems with other equipment, the primary point of
contact is the manufacturer of the equipment in question.
NB
Make sure that the trailer is rated for the weight of the boat and
that the towing vehicle may be used to tow the combined weight
of the boat and the trailer. Also make sure your driving licence
allows you to drive the combination of your vehicle and the
heavy trailer.
The weight of the trailer should rest slightly on the towing bar.
Ensure that the boat has been fastened sufficiently tightly to
the trailer and that the boat's weight is distributed evenly on the
guides. If the boat rolls from side to side during transport, it will
crash against individual supports, potentially damaging the hull.
A poorly maintained boat trailer or a trailer with insufficient
load-bearing capacity could break down during transport and
cause a hazard. Ensure that the trailer's load-bearing capacity
is sufficient for the combined weight of the boat, the engine, the
fuel and the equipment.
Unauthorised and/or incorrectly performed installation
or alteration work may damage the boat's structures or
compromise safety. Please contact the builder before making or
commissioning new electrical installations, openings or through
holes, installing equipment or incorporating other metal alloys in
an aluminium boat.
