• Disassembly must only be carried out by qualified personnel
(in Germany, see TRBS 1203).
• Consult the operating instructions for the following welding components:
robot welding power source and welding torch.
• Observe the information provided in the following section:

1 Disconnect the cable assembly from the wire feeder.

2 Remove protective cap (1) and bellows (5), loosen cylinder head
screw (6).

3 Disconnect the torch neck and remove it.

4 Disassemble the iCAT mini (1) from the robot (7).

1 Disconnect the cable assembly from the wire feeder.
2 Remove the protective cap (1).
3 Pull the plastic tube (4) out of the wire brake (3).
4 Unscrew the wire brake (3).
5 Pull off the bellows (2) over the torch neck.

6 Loosen the mounting screw (6).

7 Disconnect the torch neck and remove it.
