Cause
• Cable assembly mounted

Troubleshooting

• Check the installation of the
cable assembly. The cable
assembly must be mounted in the
robot's maintenance position
(Fig. 5) without tensile strain.
Observe operating
instructions for the wire feeder
• Have it checked and replaced by
qualified personnel
• Unscrew cable assembly from
feeder and reconnect it free of
torsion
• Check connector on the torch
side and wire feeder side
• Dismantle plug-in connection and
gas hose
• Check alignment
• Remove dirt deposits, clean
housing
• Verification by qualified
personnel
• Replace o-ring seal
• Replace o-ring seal
• Replace shielding gas hose if
needed
