Check the cable for damage.
• Remove the plug from the socket before all work
on the machine, before rest periods and when the
machine is not being used.
• Mains cables may not have a smaller cross section
than 2 x1.5 mm².
• Charge the batteries only in chargers that have
been recommended by the manufacturer. There is
a risk of fire if a charger for a particular type of bat-
tery is used for another type of battery.
• Use only the designated type of battery in the pow-
er tool. Use of other batteries can cause injury and
fire.
• While the battery is not being used, keep it away
from paperclips, coins, keys, nails, screws and oth-
er small metal objects which could bridge the con-
tacts. A short-circuit between the battery contacts
can cause burns or fire.
• If used incorrectly, liquid may leak from the battery.
Avoid contact with it. In the event of accidental con-
tact, rinse with water. If the liquid gets in your eyes,
also consult your doctor. Leaking battery liquid can
cause skin irritation and burns.
• WARNING! RISK OF EXPLOSION! Never try to
charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Warning! This electric tool generates an elec-
tromagnetic field during operation. This field can
impair active or passive medical implants under
certain conditions. In order to prevent the risk of
serious or deadly injuries, we recommend that per-
sons with medical implants consult with their physi-
cian and the manufacturer of the medical implant
prior to operating the electric tool.
