�.11.2 Deletion of all stored measurement results
1. Set the rotary switch to <DEL> (Fig. 2, Pos. 5).
 The measurement result last stored is displayed.

If no results have been stored so far, three dashes
appear on the display.
2. Press the function key  (Fig. 3, Pos. 4).

�.12 Downloading of stored measurement
results
To load the stored measurement results from
the FSA 050 via Bluetooth onto a PC/Laptop, the
CompacSoft[plus] software must be installed on the
PC/Laptop. Information on this function can be found in
the CompacSoft[plus] software Online Help. Communi-
cation via Bluetooth is only possible with the FSA 050
set to "��A" status.
�ET UP – �etting status
1. Set the rotary switch to <�ETUP> (Fig. 2, Pos. 6).
 The firmware version of the FSA 050 is displayed
for four seconds and then
 The status of the FSA 050 (FSA or STA).
2. Press <TE�T> (Fig. 2, Pos. 1) for approx. two se-
conds.
 The status of the FSA 050 changes.
 The buzzer sounds briefly.
 The lock symbol
on the LCD flashes.

3. Briefly pressing <TE�T> changes the status (FSA or
STA) of the FSA 050.
4. Press < /OK> to store the status "��A"

(Fig. 2, Pos. 2).

The desired value has been stored when the lock
symbol disappears from the LCD.

�.1� Compac�oft[plus] software installa-
tion
1. End all open applications.
2. Insert the "CompacSoft[plus]" DVD in the DVD drive.
3. Start "Windows Explorer".
4. �TART 'D:\RB�ETUP.EXE' n (D = DVD drive letter).
 Set-up is started.
5. Heed and follow the instructions on the screen.
6. Restart the PC/Laptop to successfully conclude
installation.
 This completes CompacSoft[plus] installation.
 DSA is started.

�.14 ��A ��� �ettings
1. In the DSA, select "��A ���/72�/74�/7��/76�" or
"��A ���/���".
 FSA 050/720/740/750/760 or FSA 050/500 is
started.
 The "�ettings" window opens.

The "�ettings" window is only opened automatically
the first time the FSA software is started.
2. In the FSA 050 field, select the Use option.

In the ��A measuring module field, only select the
Use option if FSA 500/720/740/750/760 is available.
3. Press <�7>.
 The "��A ��� �ettings" window is displayed.
4. Enter the MAC address (the FSA 050 MAC address is
printed under the protective rubber on the reverse
side of the device).
5. Press <�12>.
 The Toshiba Bluetooth driver is installed.

If no Toshiba Bluetooth driver is already installed on
the PC/laptop, the driver installation starts automati-
cally. Only the Bluetooth USB adapter supplied is to
be used for the Bluetooth connection with FSA 050.
Do not plug the Bluetooth USB adapter into the PC/
laptop until prompted to do so during driver installa-
tion. Follow the instructions for the Bluetooth driver
installation on the screen.
6. Restart the PC/laptop to successfully conclude ins-
tallation.
 DSA is started.
7. Select "��A ���/72�/74�/7��/76�" or "��A ���/���".
 FSA 050/720/740/750/760 or FSA 050/500 is
started.

In order to be able select FSA 050 test steps in the
FSA 050/720/740/750/760 or FSA 050/500 start
screen, an electric hybrid vehicle must be selected in
the vehicle identification.
