CSA requirement: Measured values over the full scale value may indicate an
explosive atmosphere.
The sensitivity must be tested every day before first use using a known
concentration of the gas being measured corresponding to 25 to 50 % of the
full concentration value. The accuracy must be 0 to +20 % of the daily value.
The accuracy may be corrected via calibration.
CSA requirement: Only the combustible gas detection portion of this
instrument has been assessed for performance.
The instrument has not been classified by the CSA for use in mines.
