OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENT

Plug in the adaptor to the power outlet and switch the power switch to „1".
After a few seconds the display will show that the treadmill is ready for use.
Press the „START"-button and the treadmill will start working with the lowest speed. The „SPEED"-
window will show you the current speed.
Keep the treadmill running without running on it.
Now test the incline function by pressing the incline buttons.
Press the speed buttons for changing the speed of the treadmill.
How you stop the treadmill in a safe way:
First press the „STOP"-button to stop the treadmill. Please let the treadmill keep stop running until it
completely stops and turn of the power supply afterwards.
Please note, that the computer will only start if the saftey key is inserted to its position.
As soon as the safety key is removed from its position, the treadmill will stop working.
Caution, please always clip the clop of the safety key to your clothes.
If everything works fine, you can start running on the treadmill.
