Settings
• Fan
• User data
Look at your user data and change them if needed
• Incline
Increase or decrease the incline of your treadmill by pressing + or -.
In the middle area you can see the current setting. You can use the quick incline buttons to quickly
set up preset incline.
• Pause
Stops the treadmill. Values will stay. As soon as you press the pause button again, the treadmill will
continue with the settings you have set up before.
• Speed
Increase or decrease the speed by pressing the arrow buttons. You can also quckly set speed by
pressing the quick speed buttons.
• Multimedia
You can watch videos, listen to music or surf in the internet in this section during your work
out.
Turn the fan on or off
• Volume
By pressing the volume button you can change the volume.
