OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENT

Plug your treadmill into the main power and turn on the switch.
You will hear a beep sound and the computer screen will light up.
Press the „START"-Button and the treadmill will start with the minimum speed.
Press the speed keys for setting the speed.
To safetly stop with the workout, press the „STOP"-Button. After the treadmill has stopped, you can
swtich if off from the power supply.
Please note, the computer will only start if the safety key is on its place. If the key is removed from its
place, the treadmill won't start and the computer will show up an error code.

Always attach the safety magnet string to the body before starting the workout.
OVER-CURREN PROTECTOR:
There is an over-current protector located on the right side of the swtich. In case of short circuit or
over-current, the button of the over-current protector willpop up and the treadmill will power off. Please
unplug the power source and push down the button. Plug the machine back in and then turn on the
switch to restart your treadmill.
