Adjusting

14.3.1 Blade tension

Set tension by turning the blade
tension knob (1) until the indicator (2)
is in green zone.

14.3.2 Blade guide

 Loosen blade guide adjustment knob (2)
 Set blade guide (1) desired position
 Tighten blade guide adjustment knob
The blade guide is pre- set for a blade with 0,9 mm thickness.
Loosen the nut (1). The blade guide can be set with the eccentric
screw (2).
Make sure that between blade and upper teeth of the pad this is at
least 0.2~0.3 mm of play.
14.4

Clamping the workpiece

 Open the vice with the vice handwheel
 Insert workpiece in a way that it touches aligned the
fixed jaw of the vice
 Take care to insert workpiece correctly (see figure)
 Overhanging workpieces must be supported
additionally!
 Now clamp the workpiece with the vice handwheel
 Use the adjustable workpiece end stop, to cut long
workpieces into even sections
