4 OPERATION

4.1 Control panel (Fig. B)
F) OFF Pushbutton
G) ON Pushbutton
H) Emergency OFF Button – In dangerous situation and emergency push this button to stop
the bandsaw
I) Coolant pump ON ("I") OFF ("0") switch
J) Saw band speed selection switch *Slow *Fast

4.2 Machine settings

Perform all machine settings with the machine being disconnected from the power
supply!
4.2.1 Workpiece clamping
Loosen the eccentric clamp lever(13 - Fig. A)
Insert workpiece in a way that it touches aligned the
fixed jaw of the vice
Take care to insert workpiece correctly (see figure)
Overhanging workpieces must be supported addtionally!
Move the moveable jaw approx. 4mm to the workpiece
by turning the handwheel (12 – Fig. A).
Now clamp the workpiece with the eccentric clamp lever (13 - Fig. A).
You can now fastly loosen and clamp workpieces of same width by simply loosening
and tightening the eccentric clamp lever (13 - Fig. A).
Use the adjustable workpiece end stop (8 – Fig. A), to cut long workpieces into even
sections.

TAKE ATTENTION when cutting long workpieces without additional support!
Hazard of machine damage and injuries through upbouncing workpiece.
Therefore: always support long overhanging workpieces additionally
