Electrical connection

12.2.1 Earthing Connection

When working on an ungrounded machine:
Serious injury from electrical shock in case of a Malfunction possible!
Therefore:
Machine must be grounded and be connected to a grounded outlet

The electrical connection of the machine is ready for operation on a grounded electrical outlet!
If the machine is supplied with a plug, this is to check compatibility with the sockets in your
country.
The plug must be connected only to a properly fitted and grounded electrical outlet!
1. If the plug does not fit or is defective, only a qualified electrical engineer may modify or
replace these plugs! Standardized connectors can be found very cheap in any well-stocked
hardware store.
2. The grounding conductor is green-yellow!
3. Im case of repair or replacement of the grounding conductor must not be connected to an
under voltage can!
4. Check with a qualified electrician or service that the grounding instructions are understood
and the machine is grounded!
5. A damaged cable must be replaced immediately!

12.2.2 Extension cable

Make sure that the extension cord is in good condition and suitable for the transmission of
power. An undersized cord reduces the transmission of power and heats up. The following table
shows the correct size depending on power and length.

13.1.1 Check the screw

Before commissioning, check that all screws are tightened and tighten them if necessary after.
Check that the safety cover is in perfect condition.
