ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION

10.1 Replacing the saw blade

Unplug the tool.
Set the function selector(15) to blade replacement.
Press the plunge lock button(1) and press the saw blade down until it clicks into the re-
placement position.
Set the plunge saw on its side so that the blade guard faces upwards.
Press the spindle lock(16) in and loosen the locking screw using the Allen key. Remove the
locking screw and outer flange.
Lift the saw blade.
Make sure that there are no chips or sawdust on the spindle and lock screw.
The locking screw has to be lubricated with a drop of acid free oil
Fit in the new saw blade and the other parts in reverse order.
Check that the direction indicated on the saw blade is the same than the direction of rota-
tion of the motor.
Release the plunge saw lock and let the saw blade return to its start position.

10.2 Scoring

Set the function selector(15) into the scoring position.
Press the on/off button(2) to start the saw.
Press the plunge lock button.
