Cleaning low-temperature cooker

WARNING!
Live parts in contact with cleaning agent!
Risk of electric shock!
. Disconnect the device from the power supply before
cleaning.
. Never immerse the control unit of the device in water.
. Never clean the control unit of the device with a water
jet.
. Never hold the control unit of the device under running
water.
NOTE!

Material damage
. Disconnect the device from the power supply before
cleaning.
● Water and other liquids must not enter into the control
unit.
Clean the device daily.
Also note the following:
□ Unplug the mains plug from the power socket.
□ Empty the device.
□ Remove layers of lime, fat, starch and egg white daily. Corro­
sion can occur under these layers due to inadequate air ac­
cess.
□ Only clean the control panel with water and washing-up liquid.
□ Do not use any abrasive cleaning materials.
□ Observe instructions for use of the cleaning material manu­
facturer.
□ Damage to the stainless steel parts from corrosion or pitting
corrosion caused b cleaning materials! Do not leave cleaning
agents in the cooking tank for a long time.
□ Do not use acetone, aromatic hydrocarbons (dilution) or cau­
stic cleaners. The plastic surfaces will be damaged by these
materials.
□ Do not spray or clean the device with water hose, high
pressure cleaner, steam high pressure cleaner or steam
cleaner.
□ Stainless steel must not come into contact with concentrated
acids, vinegar essence, cooking salt solution, mustard, spice
mixtures for a long time otherwise the protection layer will be
attacked. Rinse stainless steel surfaces after use.
Stainless steel also rusts in the case of incorrect treatment!
The manufacturer shall not be liable for damage from corrosion
or pitting corrosion.
