Emptying low-temperature cooker

CAUTION!
Skin contact with hot water and hot surfaces
Scalding, burns
. Leave the water and the surfaces to cool to room tem­
perature.
. Disconnect the device from the power supply.
. Drain the cooking pan before transport.
CAUTION!
Uncontrolled leaking of water during draining
Slipping, falling
. Always use the drain tap and hose for draining the de­
vice.
1. Switch off the device. Unplug the mains plug.
2. Let the device and the water cool down to room tempera­
ture.
3. Screw the drain hose into the drain tap.
4. Put the drain hose in a sink or in a suitable container.
5. Open the drain tap. Turn anticlockwise by 90° for this.
6. Wipe the cooking tank and the cover dry with a cloth after
the emptying.
