Product description
VECTRON L 04.350/480 DUO
two-stage fuel-oil burners are designed
for use with boiler of which furnace is or
is not pressurized.
The burners are equipped with two
nozzles and are pre-set in the factory.
Construction of the burner
The burner consists of a die-cast light
alloy housing. The fan turbine is at right
angles to the axis of the burner head
and is separated by a die-cast carrier
plate. Air flow control is effected by an
electrically powered air flap servomotor.
An air shutter prevents cold air from
being drawn in and flowing through the
boiler. This reduces boiler cooling to a
minimum. The burner plate carries all
the burner equipment, i.e.:
electric motor
–
fan turbine
–
oil pump
–
ignition transformer
–
air flap servomotor
–
electrical connections
–
burner head
–
control unit and flame detector
–
After removal, the burner equipment
plate can be attached to the housing in
servicing position.
