- Sicherheitsventil schlieBen. Bei Pfeif-
fer -Drehschiebervakuumpumpen ist
dieses Ventil in der Pumpe integriert.
- Kuhlwasser absperren.
- Close the security valve. In Pfeiffer rot-
ary vane vacuum pumps, this valve is
integrated into the pump.
- Shut-off the coolin g water flow,
- Vorvakuumpumpe abschalten.
- Switch-off the backing pump.
Nach dem Abschalten wird das Flut-
ventil TSF 012 aus dem Antriebsmotor
dar auslaufenden Turbopumpe
gespeist. so daB das Fluten bei folgen-
der Auslaufdrehzahl beginnt:

Flutsteuergerat TCF

An stelle des Flutventils TSF 012, kann
das Flutventil TVF 012 mit Flutsteuer-
gerat TeF 103 eingesetzt werden. Mit
TVF 012 und TeF 103 kann eine Flut -
verz ogerung bis 30 Minuten nach dem
Ab schalten eingestellt werden. Einsatz
nur in Verbindung mit TeS 304 mog-
lich .
