GB 1/44-23 MS (assemble protective cover for trimmer)
• Place the protective cover (4) on the protective cover (3) and screw it in place with
the accompanying screws.
Install string head
• Make sure that the distance collar and the rider plate are positioned on the shaft.
• To block the shaft, slide the blocking bolt (a) in the borehole intended for this purpose
on the side of the rider plate /protective cover.
• Unscrew the string head (1) counter-clockwise by hand.
• Remove the blocking bolt (a) again.
To remove the string head, follow these instructions in the opposite sequence.
Install cutting blade
Attention! While working with the cutting mechanisms, wear working gloves to avoid
cutting injuries.
Attention! Only use metal cutting blades that are not damaged or deformed. Replace
damaged cutting blades.

on the side of the rider plate /protective cover.
