Description
The display shows the filling level in % in relation to the analog output Qa with the
respective thresholds QAHIGH and QALOW.
The display shows a bar graph in relation to the analog output Qa with the res-
pective thresholds QAHIGH and QALOW.
The display shows the current output value QA in mA or V
The display shows the output status of Q1 and Q2.
Smoothing of the measured value. For fast filling level changes, the average of
the measured values over X seconds is indicated (useful for wavy surfaces).
The possible values are off, 400 ms, 600 ms, 1000 ms, 1400 ms, 2 s, 5 s, 10 s.
Off is the default here.
Filter has no effect to Q2-WHG.
Simulation of the level in relation to the probe length
SimOff: off
0% filling level
25% filling level
50% filling level
75% filling level
100% filling level
The simulation is only active if no error are displayed. The simulation will automa-
tically shut off when voltage reset comes.

TagNam = measuring point designation; can only be written via IO link
CIDVer = shows the software version
FrmVer = shows the firmware version
SerNo = shows the serial number
Shows the status of the container calibration
Initia = no container calibration carried out
Calibr = container calibration activated
Only shown with password.
Display and correction of the probe length possible. Only shown with password. If
the probe is cut the set points can be shifted and the
be deactivated.
This value describes a factor which determines how strong an echo has to be
in order to be recognized by the device. The value range lies between 20% and
500%. Default is 200% here. Only shown with password.
20%= high sensitivity; 100%= standard; 500%= low sensitivity
A safe setting may only be selected by gradually decreasing the value.
Procedure:
Ensure that the liquid level within the container is at least 200 mm below the
LFP's process connection. Begin by setting the EchoGn value to 200%. Gradu-
ally decrease the value in increments of 10%, until the sensor displays a valid
measured value. Once you have achieved a valid measured value, decrease the
parameter by a further 30%.
