j) Bargraph Display for Barometric Pressure Development

In the upper area of the LC display of the weather station, a bar chart display shows the air
pressure trend of the last 24 hours as a chart.

After inserting the batteries into the weather station, no measured values are present
for the last 24 hours, obviously, and all bars are the same height.
k) Activating Display Illumination
Briefly press the button "SNOOZE/LIGHT" to activate lighting. It goes out automatically after
a few seconds.

13. Battery Change

a) Weather Station

The batteries must be replaced when the display contrast is very weak or the display
disappears when the illumination is activated. When replacing the batteries, all measured data
are lost. See chapter 9. b) for the battery change.

b) Outdoor Sensor

Since the outdoor sensor works with a safety code (which permits operating several weather
stations of the same build in parallel), proceed as follows:
• Remove the flat batteries from the outdoor sensor and insert new batteries.
• Remove the batteries from the weather station.
• Wait for 10 seconds until the weather station display has gone out.
• Insert the batteries in the weather station again.

All data of the weather station are lost and must be re-programmed.
If the batteries of the weather station are not removed and inserted again, the weather
station will no longer be bale to find the outdoor sensor, since it has received a new
safety code after the battery change.
