The direction of rotation of the cable, not its direction of movement. Do not
reverse the direction except in specific circumstances, as reversing the
direction may damage the cable.
Manual search
(Note: This model is manual, and the extension and retraction of the spring
must be manually operated. The function of the motor is to drive the spring
to rotate and increase the dredging effect)
Use gloved hands to pull out a 6-12 inch long wire rope from the drum and
manually feed it into the pipeline. Improper operation may cause the wire
rope to become tangled, twisted, damaged, or injure the operator. (See
Figure 2)
Start inserting the steel cable into the pipe
1 foot of cable in the pipe , then press the foot pedal and slowly feed the
cable into the pipe by hand.
The machine is operated by one person. Never operate the cable while
one person steps on the foot switch. This will cause the cable to
The twisting, knotting or breaking of the rope may cause injury accidents.
It is difficult for the cable to pass through bends or traps. The following
techniques can be used:
• The first method: When the cable is rotating or not rotating, push the
cable downward with force to help the dredging head pass through the
elbow.
• The second method: When the cable has advanced a long distance, you
can reverse it for a few seconds to feed the cable through the bend.
• The last method: Please use a smaller diameter steel cable or a more
elastic steel cable, or other types of drain cleaners.
Unclogging pipes
6-12 inch long wire rope from the drum with your gloved hands and
manually feed it into the pipe.
If you feel the cable slows down or becomes deformed, the cable may
have encountered a bend, a problem, or a problem with the cable.
