Important information:
– Fruit/vegetables should not be too ripe,
as the juice may escape.
– Leave cooked food to cool down before
dicing it, as it will then be firmer and
the dicing result will be better.
– The length of the cubes can be influenced
by increasing or reducing the pressure
on the pusher.

Place bowl on a smooth and clean work

surface.
Insert the cutting grid into the base holder.

Observe recesses!
Undo the catches on the base holder and

insert cutter disc into the base holder.
Fasten the catches.

Place the dicer under the lid and turn

all the way in an anti-clockwise direction
(Fig. -3). Lock must be turned all the way

into the lid lug.
Place lid on the bowl and turn all the way

anti-clockwise. Lock on the handle must
be correctly engaged.
Place the base unit on the attachment and

lock into position.
Insert the mains plug.

Hold base unit and multi-function acces-

sory firmly and switch on appliance (turbo
speed).
Place the food to be diced in the feed tube.

If required, apply light pressure to the
pusher. If required, chop up food before-
hand.
Warning!
Empty the bowl before it becomes so full that
the diced food reaches the dicer. To do this:
– Turn the lid together with dicer clockwise
and remove.
– Empty the bowl.
– Place lid on the bowl again and turn all the
way anti-clockwise. Lock on the handle
must be correctly engaged.
Release the On button after processing.

After using the appliance
Remove mains plug.

Press the release buttons and remove

the base unit from the attachment.
Turn lid clockwise and remove from

the bowl.

Depending on the tool/insert used:
Take hold of universal blade/kneading

hook by the plastic handle and take out
or
Grip the carrier disc by the recessed grips

and lift out of the bowl.
Turn the carrier disc over and carefully

press out the insert from the underside
(Fig. ).
or
Disassembling dicer:

Turn the dicer clockwise and remove from

the lid.
Undo catches and remove cutter disc.

Remove remnants from the cutting grid

using the cutting grid cleaner.
Rotate cleaner head to the corresponding
cutting grid size.
Take cutting grid out of the base holder.

Cleaning
Warning!
Never immerse the lid of the multi-function
accessory in water and do not clean under
flowing water or in the dishwasher.
Do not clean dicer parts in the dishwasher,
blades will become blunt.
Wipe lid of the multi-function accessory

with a damp cloth only.
Bowl, universal blade, kneading hook,

carrier discs and disc inserts are
dishwasher-proof.
Do not wedge plastic parts in the dish-

washer as they could warp.
Prerinse all dicer parts under running

water. Clean parts with a brush.
If processing e.g. red cabbage or carrots,
the plastic parts will become discoloured
by a red film which can be removed with
a few drops of cooking oil.
Application example
Bread dough
Basic recipe:
250 g flour
140 ml water
7 g sugar
7 g margarine
0.5 g yeast
4 g salt
