RABBOCCO OLIO NEL CIRCUITO OLEODINAMICO

Verificare periodicamente (15000 cicli) che il livello dell' o lio non scenda mai al di sotto dei 3/4 indicati dall'apposito segnalatore (I). Nel caso si rendesse necessario, immettere olio idraulico HLP 32 CST.
ATTENZIONE ! Nel caso questa operazione non venga effettuata, si potrà riscontrare nel tempo, un calo di corsa della rivettatrice, che andrà accentuandosi fino a comprometterne il funzionamento. Occorrerà pertanto eliminare la
presenza d'aria all'interno del circuito oleodinamico e ripristinarne la corretta quantità di olio.
Procedere quindi come segue: togliere il tappo (G), con macchina alimentata rabboccare con olio, RIMONTARE IL TAPPO (G), eseguire alcuni cicli di rivettatura rabboccando olio, mantenendo l'impugnatura bassa rispetto al Booster come
da figura (f10).
Ripetere l' o perazione fino al raggiungimento della corsa ottimale
È estremamente importante attenersi alle istruzioni sopra indicate ed effettuare le operazioni di rabbocco olio muniti di guanti. L' o lio fuoriuscito durante le operazioni indicate, dovrà essere raccolto in appositi recipienti ed affidato
successivamente ad una ditta autorizzata per lo smaltimento del rifiuto.

Topping up is completed when the oil level is stable and touches the lip of the threaded hole. Fit again the cap (G).

REMPLISSAGE DE L'HUILE DU CIRCUIT HYDRAULIQUE

Le niveau d'huile doit être périodiquement contrôlé (15000 cycles): il ne doit jamais se trouver au-dessous des trois quarts signalés par l'indicateur spécial (I). Au cas où le remplissage d'huile serait nécessaire, il faudra verser
l'huile hydraulique HLP 32 CST.
ATTENTION! Si cette opération n'a pas été effectuée, au fil du temps on pourra remarquer, une baisse de la course de l' o util à riveter qui augmentera jusqu'à compromettre son fonctionnement. Il faudra donc éliminer la présence
d'air à l'intérieur du circuit hydraulique et restaurer la bonne quantité d'huile. Procéder comme suit: enlever le bouchon (G). Avec l' o util alimenté verser l'huile, REMONTER LE BOUCHON (G) ,effectuer quelques cycles de rivetage,
en faisant le remplissage de l'huile et en gardant la poignée plus basse que le Booster, comme indiqué sur la figure (f10).
Le remplissage est complété lorsque le niveau de l'huile a atteint le bord du trou fileté. Remonter le bouchon (G).
Il faut absolument suivre les instructions suscitées et les effectuer avec des gants.
L'huile écoulée doit être ramassée dans des conteneurs spéciaux et remis a une société autorisée aux écoulements de rébus.
