3.2 Temperature control (BASIC II only)
While the filter pump is running, the heating of the swimming pool is controlled by the electronic
temperature control in the range of 0°C – 40°C.
During filter breaks, the heating is automatically switched off by the internal interlock.
An adjustment knob on the front panel can be used to select the desired temperature of the
pool water or to switch off the heating.
The operation of the heating is indicated by a control light in the front lid – so it's possible to check
it at any time.
4 Assembly
The control unit must be installed in such a way that it is protected from moisture in accordance
with its protection class.
The unit must be supplied with power via an all-pole main switch with a contact opening width
of at least 3mm.

The BEHNCKE filter control system enables the 230V alternating current
filter pump (depending on the selected model) to be switched on or off
depending on the time.
The time of day and the individual switching times are set according
to the enclosed operating instructions for the time switch.
The selector switch in the front cover can be used to:
a) the function of the system can be switched on and off.
b) the system is switched to continuous operation or automatic operation
(timer) of the filter pump.
