14. Malfunctions

Faults are indicated by visual or acoustic messages (buzzer). In addition, the fault is reported by external messages to your smartphone /
tablet or PC by e-mail.
Causes for malfunctions include:

Reaching limit values (e.g. fi lling volumes reached)

Spent battery

Assembly, commissioning, operation and maintenance
Cause
The isolating valve cannot be actuated, possibly due to
dirt or a motor or limit switch defect.
Attention: Limited control of fi lling!
The pressure sensor P1 does not report any informa-
tion. Possibly due to a defect.
The pressure sensor P2 does not report any informa-
tion. Possibly due to a defect.
No turbine pulses were recorded over an extended
period of time, possibly due to dirt or a defect of the
turbine or the sensor.
Attention: Limited control of fi lling!
The conductivity sensor 1 for raw water hardness does
not report any information. Possibly due to a defect.
The conductivity sensor 2 for raw water hardness does
not report any information. Possibly due to a defect.
The temperature sensor does not report any informa-
tion. Possibly due to a defect.
The maximum number of admissible fi lling cycles has
been exceeded. Possibly due to a leakage which cau-
ses the system to refi ll too frequently.
The maximum admissible volume has been exceeded.
Possibly due to volume-based leakage.
The maximum admissible fi lling time has been excee-
ded. Possibly due to a time-based leakage.
The water conditioning cartridge is almost exhausted.
The water conditioning cartridge is exhausted.
The batteries are spent.
The SL module is not accessible.
The inlet line is shut off or the inlet pressure is insuf-
fi cient to refi ll the installation up to the desired target
value.

Please perform a functional check by manually
operating the isolating valve.

or other faults or adjust the fi lling volume. Press the
