4.7. Function

The All-in-One+ Connect is a system for the fully automatic fi lling of unvented heating installations.
If a connection set for heating water conditioning is fi tted (optional accessory), the installation can be fi lled with softened water (HWE),
fully demineralized water (HVE) or with water to stabilize the pH level (HVE Plus).
The All-in-One+ Connect enables an automatic initial fi lling and refi lling of the heating installation and monitors the system pressure.
Whenever certain parameters are not met, the fi lling process will be interrupted. If the connection set has been fi tted, the All-in-One+
Connect will also interrupt the fi lling process in case that the capacity of the installed cartridge is exhausted. This ensures that the system
is always fi lled with conditioned water.
The control system with its integrated network port includes an electronic water metering device (via turbine), an electrically operated
isolating valve, pressure sensors to control the fi lling and refi lling process, a conductivity sensor and a multifunctional display. When fi tted
and connected to the internet, the system is connected to a server and sends the corresponding data to the server when queried.
The power adapter supplies the power for the control system. To protect the system against short-term power failures, use the battery
included with delivery.
A connection fl ange links the fully automatic heating installation with the drinking water network. The pressure reducing valve guarantees
a constant (set) outlet pressure.
The backfl ow preventer type BA prevents backsiphonage, backpressure and backfl ow of non-potable water into the public or domestic drin-
king water network. The backfl ow preventer is a compact safety valve with controllable pressure zones (three pressure zones system).
During normal operations, the All-in-One+ Connect monitors the installation for pressure drops. In case of a pressure drop, the isolating
valve will open and the system will refi ll until the desired pressure has been reached again.

5. Transport and storage

5.1. Transport

The device will be shipped pre-mounted.
It weighs approximately 1,275 g.

The packaging serves as transport protection.

Do not install the device in case the packaging is severely damaged.
•
Replace the affected part after severe impacts or shocks (even without visible damage).

5.2. Storage

Store the device under the following ambient conditions only:
Temperature: +4 to +60 °C, relative humidity: max. 80 %.
