Cleaning and Maintenance of the Appliance
  Steam cleaning method
for easier cleaning of the cooking chamber:
This method uses steam and heat
to loosen staining of the cooking chamber,
which makes cleaning much easier.
• Remove accessories such as the baking tray
and cooking grate from the cooking chamber.
• Fill about 0.4 litres of water with a little washing-up liquid
into the recess in the cooking chamber bottom.
• Close the appliance door and select bottom heat at 50°C.
• After about 30 minutes, switch off the appliance.
• Remove the food residues softened by the evaporated
water with a soft cloth.
• In the case of burnt-on soiling, follow the cleaning
instructions given previously.
6.5 Cleaning the accessories
• Clean the baking tray(s), cooking grate, etc.,
as well as the slide-in racks with hot water
and a little washing-up liquid.
• For stubborn stains, soak them in hot dishwater
and clean them with a cloth or soft brush.
• Clean the telescopic pull-outs from the outside
with commercially available cleaning agents.
To remove them from the slide-in rack for this purpose,
see the corresponding section.
Note: Do not immerse the telescopic pull-outs in liquids,
do not clean them in the dishwasher
and do not grease them.
