The heat is generated evenly by the ring heating element
and from below and distributed quickly in the cooking space,
with the operation of the heating elements being regulated

Convection
The heat generated evenly at the top and bottom
is quickly distributed in the cooking chamber.
The food is browned on the outside and remains juicy inside.
Suitable e.g. for frying at high temperatures
or for large pieces of meat.
The top of the food is browned by heat concentrated
centrally from above.
Position the food centrally under the grill.
Suitable e.g. for grilling small quantities
and for browning food.
Grilling / Roasting system
The heat concentrated over a large area from above
is supplemented by the circulation of heated air.
Suitable e.g. for grilling and roasting larg pieces
of meat or flat dishes, for browning food
as well as for gratinating.
The large concentrated heat from above
browns the top of the food.
