Operation, Setting and Use
Using the core temperature probe (roasting thermometer)
For precise cooking with monitoring of the core temperature,
e.g. of meat, and automatic switch-off of the oven as soon as
the set core temperature of your dish has been reached for 6 seconds,
proceed as follows:
• Insert the metal tip of the core temperature probe supplied
into the centre of the food, preferably away from the bone and fat,
at the thickest point.
Note: During use, always leave the tip of the thermometer
in the food and nowhere else!
• Connect its other end to the corresponding connection
at the top right of the cooking chamber (see "Appliance components").
The
symbol is displayed and the corresponding temperature setting
is activated.
• Use the slider or the
target core temperature up to max. 99°C.
• Now select the desired heating mode
