Cleaning and Maintenance of the Appliance
6.2 Cleaning the oven front
• To clean the front surfaces, use a soft cloth
and a suitable commercial cleaning agent
according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• To clean and maintain the stainless steel surfaces,
you can use commercially available stainless steel products
according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• In particular, remove stains containing limescale, grease, starch
or protein immediately, as these can cause corrosion.
• After cleaning, rinse well with water
and dry all surfaces thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Notes on cleaning the control panel
The display and control element are firmly integrated
or printed on. Do not attempt to remove them for cleaning!
Even a small film of moisture on the control panel,
which may be barely visible, can lead to functional impairments.
Dry the area well after cleaning!
6.3 Cleaning and maintaining the oven door
• To clean the door panelling, use a soft cloth and a suitable
cleaning agent in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
• To make cleaning easier, remove the oven door
from the oven as described in the relevant section.
• After operation, check the door and rubber seal
for dirt and moisture, e.g. from condensation.
Clean and / or dry them with a soft cloth if necessary.
• Check the condition of the seal regularly.
If it is damaged, have it replaced
by a suitably qualified specialist
before continuing to use the oven.
