CAUSE SOLUTION
Check the charging station is
connected properly to the charger
and the charger is connected to a
suitable power supply.
Check that the boundary wire has
been connected correctly to the
charging station. Check there are no
breaks in the boundary wire.
This is normal: when mower needs
to recharge, the blade adapter does
not rotate while it is searching for the
charging station automatically.
Check the blades and replace them if
damaged.
Remove debris and foreign objects
from the blades and blade adapter.
Try adding more hours to the
mowing schedule.
Try decreasing the size of the
mowing area.
Change all the blades and screws in
order to balance the blade adapter.
Raise the cutting height and then
gradually lower.
Check the blade adapter and
remove any grass or other objects
that might prevent it spinning.
Make sure the blade adapter
rotates easily. If need be, you may
take off the blade adapter and then
remove the debris.

Reverse the boundary wire ends and
reconnect to the charging station.
Clean the contact pins located on the
charging station and the charging
strip on mower using a cloth.
Place the charging station in
a shady area or wait until the
temperature has cooled down.
Check the power cord is connected
properly to the charger and the
charger is connected to a suitable
power supply. Make sure both
the charging strips on the mower
touch the centre of the contact
strips on the charging station.
Take off the blade adapter and
clean it. Maybe the grass is too
high and too thick.
Check the blade adapter and
blades, remove debris and foreign
objects from the blades and blade
adapter.
Replace the blades with a new set.
Replace battery.
Set the clock to the correct time.
Change the time settings for the
mower to start and stop.
