Trouble shooting
This section contains a guide on operation and potential error messages mower displays. There
is also a troubleshooting section at the end that is designed to help you understand and solve any
issues.

Mower ACTION
The rain sensor detects water. Mower will return to
the charging station and stay there for the time you
have programmed it to do so. When dry, mower will
automatically begin the rain delay countdown and
then return to mow. If you want mower to mow before
this, simply turn it off then on again, but only when the
rain sensor is dry, or you can remove the rain delay
completely by setting the rain delay time to zero.
Now is non-working time:Mower is waiting for the next
day's working time.
The battery temperature is too high and mower stops
working.
Mower is charging in a low voltage state.
The battery is too low, and the lawn mower cannot
respond to forced operation.
Mower is charging.
URS is working.
Resetting IMU.
Planned line cutting.
ERROR MESSAGES
Sometimes things can go wrong. Fortunately mower is smart enough to tell you if it is enountering
an issue, so you can fix it. If in doubt, please contact after-sales customer service.
MESSAGE CAUSE

ACTION
Turn power off. Take the mower inside the working
area, turn the power on. Press START and OK.
When the mower is not stop, no manual intervention
is required.
When the mower is stop, turn power off. Take the
mower to an area of your lawn free of obstacles, then
turn power on. Press START and OK.
When the mower is not stop, no manual intervention
is required.
When the mower is stop, turn power off. Turn the
mower upside-down. Check if there is anything
preventing the universal wheel from rotating.Remove
any obstruction, turn the mower upright. Then check
if there are any dents in the ground and fill them, turn
the mower power on. Press START and OK.
When the mower is not stop, no manual intervention
is required.
When the mower is stop, turn power off. Take the
mower to a flat ground then turn power on. Press
START and OK.
Check whether the charging station wire is installed in
place.
Check whether the straight path reserved at the front
and rear of the charging station is sufficient.
Check if the LED on the charging station is solid
green. If red, check if the boundary wire is properly
connected to the charging station and that the station
is connected to a suitable power supply.If they are
properly connected, the boundary wire terminals are
clamped incorrectly and must be reversed.
