The list below shows a number of information messages shown on the LCD screen of the product and your EGO Connect

Action
In main area, make sure the robot start mapping from station. Make sure not to interfere or move the robot
during mapping. Do not move the station during mapping.
Mapping failure
1. Restart mapping via EGO Connect
2.The robot will work until next week and restart mapping automacially.

Secondary Area Complete. Place robot in next area or return to primary area and resume mowing.

Battery Low. Secondary Area Incomplete. Return Robot to charging station.

GPS locating failure
GPS Error. Power off and Restart Robot. If problem persists please contact local dealer.
Download failure
Move robot to open area, make sure LTE signal is good on robot display.
Try download again.
Verification failure
Contact local dealer if problems not solved.
Restart robot.
Version failure
Contact local dealer if problems not solved.
SYMPTOMS
If your product does not work as expected above list, follow the symptoms below.
Contact EGO service center if you still cannot find the reason for the fault.
Problem
No respond when touching the LCD screen.
The product has difficulty docking.
The product slips when docking.
The product runs at the wrong time.
The product vibrates.
The product runs, but the blades do not rotate.

Cause
1. The LCD screen is damaged.
1. The boundary wire is not laid in a long
straight line that is far enough out from the
charging station.
2. The charging station is on a slope or not on
a level surface.
3. The charging station is not firmly installed.
Wet grass and muddy stuck to the rear wheel
lead to the product to slip.
1. The starting and stopping times for mowing
are incorrect.
2. The product clock needs to be set.
1. Damaged blades lead to imbalance in the
cutting system.
2. Too many blades in the same position lead
to imbalance in the cutting system.
3. Missing blade in mounting position lead to
imbalance in the cutting system.
1. The product searches for the charging
station, or is reversing out of the charging
station.
2. The mowing motor is damage.

Solution
1. Contact EGO service center.
1. Check that the charging station has been
installed correctly. Refer to 4.2 To install the
charging station.
2. Place the charging station on a surface that
is entirely level. Refer to 3.1 To examine
where to put the charging station .
3. Check if the six screws fixed on the station
are loose.
Clean the wheels.
1. Reset the start time and stop time settings
for mowing. Refer to 10.3.2 To set the
schedule .
2. Set the clock. Refer to 10.10.2 To set
country & time zone .
1. Inspect the blades and screws and replace
them if necessary.
2. Check that only one blade is fitted at each
screw.
3. Check that the three blades are installed in
each mounting position.
1. No action. The blade disc does not rotate
when the product is searching for the
charging station.
2. Contact EGO service center.
