TROUBLESHOOTING
FAULT MESSAGES LIST
The list below shows a number of fault messages shown on the LCD screen of the product and your EGO Connect
the same message appears often.
LCD Screen Action
1. Check the LED on top of charging station.
2. NO LED: charging station is not powered. Check socket is powered, and that adapter and cable are connected
and free from damage.
Lost boundary signal
3. RED LED: break in boundary wire. Check boundary wire connections to charging station and check for visible
damage to boundary wire loop.
4. GREEN LED: charging station status OK. See user manual, or mobile app for instruction to generate new loop
signal.
1. Make sure the connections between boundary wire and charging station are connected correctly and that
connections have not been crossed.
2. Make sure the boundary wire is not located on steep slope.
Robot out of boundary
3. Move robot back to working area.
Check work area for unexpected obstruction.
Robot trapped
TIP: Avoid placing obstacles in the work area that may restrict robot access.

TIP: Ensure charging station remains fixed in place as per installation.
1. Remove any obstacles around the charging station.
2. Clean base board of the station and wheels on robot.
Docking error
3. Make sure the station is installed on a flat surface and remains fixed in place as per installation.
4. Make sure the boundary wire is installed as instructions.
5. Cut power and restart station.
