Jumping instructions.
The basal jump
-Start from standing position, feet shoulder-width apart, eyes on the mat
- Swing your arms forward and in a circular motion.
- Bring your feet together in the air and stretch the toes down.
- When landing, the feet are shoulder-width apart.
The breaking maneuver
- When the springer loses control of his jump, by performing the breaking maneuver, the
jumper can regain control of the jump and its balance.
- Start with a basal jump.
- When landing, pull your knees. This allows you to cancel your jump.
The hand / knee jump
- Start with a low controlled base jump.
- Land on your hands and knees, leaving your back straight.
- Pay attention to a good 4-point landing. The height should not play any role.

necessary, please note the following: at least 4 people should be positioned evenly
around the trampoline to lift it. The trampoline must be worn horizontally. If the
