BACK DROP
1. Lying on your back in the middle of the
trampoline, stretch your legs and arms up to
the sky and lift your head up. This is your
landing position.
2. Carefully try to land in this position from
a small jump and have the trampoline bring
you to the starting position. When doing this
you should land more on your shoulders
than hips.
Tuck jump
Like the basic jump. At the highest point, pull
your knees up to your chest briefly, grab them
with your arms and then extend your legs again.
Angel position
Like the basic jump. At the highest point,
you extend slightly into a hollow back,
spread your arms and briefly look upwards.
Pirouette
HALF PIROUETTE:
Like the basic jump. At the highest point, turn
yourself 180° around its own axis. Do not lose
control and land on your feet.
360° PIROUETTE:
Like the basic jump. At the highest point, turn
yourself 180° around its own axis. Do not lose
control and land on your feet.
Plunge jump
Like the basic jump. At the highest point, pull
your legs to your chest while keeping your
knees extended.
Straddle jump
Like the plunge jump. In this case, however,
your legs are spread apart and touching your
toes.
