Remedy
Check that all electrical connections between
the MiniCODER and the power supply and
the evaluation electronics are correct and that
contacts are secure and dry.
Check that the required value is maintained
under all (climatic) conditions, valid for a full
target wheel revolution.
Use a torque wrench to check that the screws
are tight.
Replace damaged component.
Determine the cause of the damage and recti-
fy it.
Mount the measuring system so that the
reference track and the signal track match the
corresponding sensor elements in the
MiniCODER.
Connect the MiniCODER to the mobile ser-
vice unit.
Check the tooth number.
Check the resolution.
Check assignment of the direction of rotation.
Check the function of measuring system.
Analyze error messages (Alarm and warning
table

Remove the mobile service unit.
