The guarantee applies equally to entrepreneurs and consumers.
3. territorial scope.
The guarantee applies worldwide.
4. material scope of application.
The five-year WELDINGER warranty applies exclusively to electronic welding equipment,
plasma cutters, filter cassettes for welding helmets, whisper compressors and power tools
of the WELDINGER brand that have been delivered by HuW24 e.K. as of 11.11.2020. For all
devices, which were delivered by HuW24 e.K. until 10.11.2020, the previous warranty of
two years applies.
5. technical scope.
The warranty applies to all components located in the device, especially the main board,
control board and inverter. Excluded from the warranty are the housing and housing
components, connections, hose packages and ground cables. Wear parts and accessories
purchased at the same time as the device are also excluded from the warranty.
6. contents of the warranty claim.
The warranty grants a right to free repair of damaged parts covered by the warranty.
7. subsequent delivery authority.
HuW24 e.K. is entitled to deliver a new device instead of repair.
8. replacement authority for discontinued models.
If an identical device is no longer sold by HuW24 e.K. at the time of the assertion of the
warranty claim, HuW24 e.K. is entitled to deliver to the customer in fulfillment of his
warranty claim an equivalent or higher-quality, non-identical device that fully meets the
technical requirements of the device. For the equivalence it does not depend on the
