11. ASSEMBLAGGIO COMPONENTI
I
Dopo aver posizionato correttamente la cassa di fondazione (fi g.8), assemblare tutti i componenti:
1) bloccare il motoriduttore (4 fi g.10) sui tiranti facendo uso degli appositi dadi dopo aver asportato i supporti in gomma rossa;
2) infi lare sul perno della cassa la leva del cancello (5 fi g.10);
3) posizionare la biella di trasmissione (6 fi g.10) e fermarla con gli anelli di tenuta (7 fi g.10);
4) posizionare il coperchio (10 fi g.10);
5) infi lare lo sblocco a maniglia (8 fi g.10) sulla leva del cancello (5 fi g.10).
12. REGOLAZIONE FINECORSA MECCANICO
Mentre per regolare la corsa in apertura del battente viene usato un fermo esterno, per eseguire la stessa operazione in
chiusura è necessario agire sulla vite (1 fi g.11) del motoriduttore. Agire sulle viti di entrambi i motori per effettuare la migliore
regolazione in chiusura di entrambi i battenti.

After positioning the foundation box (fi g.8), assemble all the components:
1) fi x the gearmotor (4 fi g. 10) to the tie rods with the supplied nuts, remove the red rubber supports fi rst;
2) fi t the gate lever (5 fi g.10) onto the pin of the box;
3) position the connecting rod (6 fi g.10) and secure it with the retaining rings (7 fi g.10);
4) position the cover (10 fi g.10);
5) fi t the unlock lever (8 fi g.10) onto the gate lever (5 fi g.10).
12. ADJUSTING THE MECHANICAL STOP
Adjustment of the gate opening stroke is made via an external stop, while adjustment of the closing stroke is made via the screw
(1 fi g.11) on the gearmotor. Adjust the screws of both motors to optimise the closing stroke of both leaves.

Nachdem der Fundamentkasten korrekt angebracht worden ist (Abb. 8), alle Bestandteile zusammenbauen.
1) den Getriebemotor (4, Abb. 10) mit Hilfe der Muttern und nach Entfernung der roten Gummihalterungen an den Zugstangen blockieren;
2) den Torhebel in den Kastenzapfen stecken (5, Abb. 10);
3) das Antriebspleuel (6, Abb. 10) anbringen und mit den Ringen (7, Abb. 10) befestigen;
4) den Deckel (10, Abb. 10) anbringen;
5) den Entriegelungsgriff (8, Abb. 10) auf den Torhebel (5, Abb. 10) stecken.
12. EINSTELLUNG DES MECHANISCHEN ENDANSCHLAGS
Wogegen für die Einstellung des Öffnungslaufs des Torfl ügels ein externer Anschlag verwendet wird, muss für denselben
Vorgang in Schließung die Schraube (1, Abb. 11) des Getriebemotors betätigt werden. Die Schrauben beider Motoren betätigen,
um beide Torfl ügel bestens in Schließung zu regulieren.

Après avoir positionné correctement la caisse de fondation (fi g.8), assembler tous les composants:
1) bloquer l'opérateur (4 fi g.10) sur les tirants en utilisant les écrous fournis après avoir enlevé les supports en caoutchouc rouge;
2) enfi ler sur le pivot de la caisse le levier du portail (5 fi g.10);
3) positionner la bielle de transmission (6 fi g.10) et la bloquer avec les joints d'étanchéité (7 fi g.10);
4) positionner le couvercle (10 fi g.10);
5) enfi ler le déblocage à poignée (8 fi g.10) sur le levier du portail (5 fi g.10).
12. RÉGLAGE FIN DE COURSE MÉCANIQUE
Tandis que pour régler la course d'ouverture du battant il faut utiliser une butée extérieure, pour effectuer la même opération
en fermeture, il faut agir sur la vis (1 fi g.11) de l'opérateur. Agir sur les vis des deux moteurs pour effectuer le meilleur réglage
en fermeture des deux battants.
11. ENSAMBLAJE DE LOS COMPONENTES

Tras haber colocado correctamente la caja de cimentación (fi g.8), ensamble todos los componentes:
1) bloquee el motorreductor (4 fi g.10) en los tirantes con las tuercas tras haber quitado los soportes de goma roja;
2) introduzca en el perno de la caja la palanca de la cancela (5 fi g.10);
3) coloque la biela de transmisión (6 fi g.10) y bloquéela con los anillos de seguridad (7 fi g.10);
4) coloque la tapa (10 fi g.10);
5) introduzca la manilla de desbloqueo (8 fi g.10) en la palanca de la cancela (5 fi g.10).
12. REGULACIÓN DEL FIN DE CARRERA MECÁNICO
Mientras para regular la carrera de apertura de la hoja se usa un tope exterior, para ejecutar la misma operación durante el
cierre es necesario actuar sobre el tornillo (1 fi g.11) del motorreductor. Actúe sobre los tornillos de ambos motores para regular
de la mejor manera el cierre de ambas hojas.
