4. Commissioning

4.1 Installation and wiring

Installation height
The installation height of the TVHS21010(S) video module should not be significantly below
or above 1.40 metres. Otherwise, people standing too close to the video module may not be
recognised by their face.

4.2 Activation options / initial password assignment

4.2.1 Activation via door station monitor

1. Connect the power supply to the system and ensure that the door station is also in the
same network.
Assign a password when setting up the monitor for the first time. This password is also
used automatically to activate the door station. The password is also required for the
password-protected area of the monitor.
8-16 characters
- valid characters: Numbers, lower case letters, upper case letters, special characters ( !
$ % & / ( ) = ? + - )
- 2 different types of characters must be used
2. Select the desired language and confirm with the "NEXT" button.
