5. Select the type of monitor you want to set up.
Indoor station:
This monitor is the main monitor of the door intercom system in a flat.
matter whether a detached house or a block of flats is being set up. The main monitor of
a flat must always be set up with the "indoor station" type. If you only use one bell button
and one flat, the flat number remains at "1". As soon as several flats / main monitors are
used, the apartment number must be adjusted.
Example: Flat 1 => Apartment number 1
Flat 2 => Apartment number 2
(etc...)
This is the only way to assign the bell buttons to the different parties.
Note: A main monitor (indoor station) must always be linked to the main door station in
the system.
"Advanced" Please leave the existing numbers for the floor/community/unit/building
under "Advanced" at the default settings and do not change them.
Interior extension:
The monitor is used as an extension monitor in a system to equip additional rooms in a
house. All extension monitors are linked to the main monitor and display the same
functions as the main monitor when the doorbell rings.
You can connect a maximum of 16 additional monitors to one main monitor. (No. 1-16).
The "Room name" can also be assigned. This appears automatically under "Contacts" in
the other monitors in the system.
Note: An extension monitor (indoor extension) must always be linked to the main
monitor in the system!
The following menu items are not available on the monitor for the "Indoor extension"
installation type.
