Effect caused by the activation of the high pressure input
0 = no effect
1 = the compressor and the evaporator fan will be turned off and
the condenser fan will be turned on, after the time set through
parameter i7 the display will show the code "HP" flashing and the
buzzer will be activated (until the input is deactivated)

0 = normally open (input active with contact closed)
1 = normally closed (input active with contact open)
