During the conservation phase, the temperature detected by the probe will be displayed. Parameter "r10" sets the conservation work
setpoint.
To view the cell temperature, press "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILLING". To restore the normal display, simply press "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILLING"
again or do nothing for 15 seconds.
To switch off at any time, press "START-STOP".
2A) Negative blast-chilling
Temperature-based negative blast-chilling and conservation consists of two phases:
- blast-chilling
- conservation
Once a phase has been completed, the device automatically starts the next one.
Before starting the cycle, it is necessary to make sure that the device is "on" and that the keyboard is not locked and that no procedures
are in progress.
To start the cycle, press the "NEGATIVE BLAST-CHILLING" key. If parameter "r21" is set to "1", it is possible to switch to a "time-based cycle"
by pressing "NEGATIVE BLAST-CHILLING" again.
