0 = automatic (that is by means of the test to check the
correct activation of the probe)
1 = manual (that is by pressing and releasing the POS-
ITIVE BLAST-CHILLING or NEGATIVE BLAST-CHILLING
key)

Pre-chilling activation mode
0 = manual (that is by pressing and releasing the POSI-
TIVE BLAST-CHILLING key for 1 second)
1 = both in automatic mode (that is by switching from
"stand-by" to "on", therefore by turning on the device)
and in manual mode (that is by pressing the POSITIVE
BLAST-CHILLING key for 1 second).
