If parameter "r21" is set to "1" and you have decided to start the time-based cy-
cle, the duration of the blast-chilling will be displayed. This value can also be set
through parameter "r1".
If parameter "r19" is set to "0", the work setpoint will be displayed. This value can
also be set through parameter "r7".
If parameter "r19" is set to "1", the blast-chilling end temperature will be dis-
played. This value can also be set through parameter "r3".
To change the parameter value, press DOWN or UP within 15 seconds.
To start the cycle, press the "START-STOP" key:
A test will start to check that the probe has been activated correctly. If the test has a positive outcome, the cycle is started. If the test
has a negative outcome, the cycle starts in the time-based mode. If a time-based cycle in manual mode was selected, the cycle will
start in the time-based mode anyway.
To set the blast-chilling duration and setpoint values, use the following parameters:
Duration
Maximum duration
Work setpoint
Blast-chilling end temperature
To view the cell temperature, press "POSITIVE BLAST-CHILLING" or "NEGATIVE BLAST-CHILLING". To restore the normal display, press the
same key or do nothing for 15 seconds.
If the temperature detected by the probe reaches the blast-chilling end temperature within the maximum duration of the blast-chill-
ing, the blast-chilling is completed successfully. The device switches to the conservation phase, the buzzer is activated for the time
set by parameter AA. To silence the buzzer, simply press any key.
If the temperature detected by the probe does not reach the blast-chilling end temperature within the maximum duration of the
blast-chilling, the blast-chilling is not completed successfully but will continue. The buzzer is activated. To silence the buzzer, simply
press any key. When the temperature detected by the probe reaches the blast-chilling end temperature, the device automatically
switches to the conservation phase.
